for the 4th Annual Good Neighbor Ride.

Bike on the Great Sauk State Trail to honor the legacy of Dr. Haakon Carlson, a Prairie clinic physician and founder of the Good Neighbor Clinic, a free community clinic whose mission is to improve the health and lives of people who face financial, cultural, or language barriers that keep them from accessing quality healthcare.

The Good Neighbor Ride will begin in the Good Neighbor Clinic Parking Lot, New Location: 726 Water Street, Sauk City, WI.

  • 5:00 p.m. Registration
  • 5:15 p.m. Opening Remarks
  • 5:30 p.m. Ride Begins

A state trail pass is needed for biking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, or inline skating on the Great Sauk State Trail, but not for walking or hiking.

The pass is required for individuals aged 16 and older.

The Great Sauk State Trail is a paved 10.5-mile route that runs through the Sauk Prairie State Recreation Area, connecting the communities of Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and Merrimac.
