Wisconsin Department of Health Services grant of $30,000 annually for five years awarded to Good Neighbor Clinic
We are pleased to announce the clinic successfully obtained a grant of $30,000 per year for 5 years. The grant funding, through the WI Department of Health Services, will support diabetic education within the Sauk Prairie community.
Good Neighbor Clinic received a $2500 Compeer Financial Grant Award
In July, the Good Neighbor Clinic received a $2500 Compeer Financial Grant Award to help us obtain diabetes medication for our patients.

Our Good Neighbor Clinic organization earned a 2024 Gold Bronze Rating from the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Quality Standards Program. We earned this rating by attesting that we have certain policies and procedures in place to provide quality care for our patients.
